Capacity (lbs.): 4,000, Works With: S-Type I beams, Adjustable: Yes, Flange Width (in.): 2 1/2-7, Material Type: Steel, Finish Type: Painted, Includes: Sealed ball bearing wheels Geared trolley is ideal for use when precise positioning of the trolley is required Width is adjusted by rotating the center rod with lifting eye clockwise or counterclockwise Once hoist (sold separately) is attached, center rod cannot be rotated which prevents trolley width from accidentally changing Lifting eye is located at the bottom of the trolley for attaching a hoist (sold separately)

There are two different styles of i-beams one is an S type and the other is the W type. The beam pictured with this trolley is an S type and has triangular shaped flanges. The W type has rectangular shaped flanges. This trolley is designed to work with these two industry standards.
