Most residential or commercial foundations are strong enough to support it. The minimum requirements are 2500-3000 PSI 4" thick concrete. It is bolted down using concrete anchors and bolts, but has built-in wheels that allow you to move it when not in use.

answer 2
It ships as one assembly where the two posts are laid horizontal and bolted to a disposable metal frame. The box with the pump, bolts, etc. is strapped on top of the posts. I don't have the exact dimensions, but is was approximately 5' long x 2' wide x 3' high. The way that they are packaged allows a forklift or pallet jack to get under them. I unbolted them from the frame and installed them myself.

We are unable to provide extension supply lines. This could be purchased locally as long as the lines is rated for 3000PSI and that the hydraulic lines are the exact same length.
