What is the height of the vertical edging around the three sides of carrier?

If I am seeing the dimensions correctly, the ramp and the carrier are 28" in width. The mouth of my snow blower is 30". I'm not sure how the snow blower will rest on the three-sided vertical edging. What is the measurement (height) of these vertical pieces?

The ramp measures 27.5" wide by 60" long and the usable inside measurement is 26 1/2 inches.

Towing behind the carrier

I noticed that there is a square center tube(part of the center frame),that looks like it could be a hitch receiver.I was looking to put my Ice Cream Cart on the carrier,& slide a hitch in the tube to haul my towable Hot Dog Cart bhind the carrier.I don't travel far & this would save me a ton of time.Will it hold up Ice Cream Cart is about 350# with product & the Hot Dog cart is 650#. 65 # tounge weight Aprox.
