Question

Where can I purchase replacement parts

I have used a similar sweeper in the past and loved it however the bands that controled the 2 side brushes would break on us and was unable to find replacements for them. We ended up using heavy rubber bands but they never worked as good. I would like to know where to go in order to get replacement parts.

The Northern Industrial Manual Sweeper has not been tested for pet hair on a rubber surface. It is designed to sweep small debris off hard, flat surfaces, and the brush height is adjustable.

This manual sweeper performs best on hard, flat surfaces. It won't work as well on low pile carpet as it wasn't designed for that application.
