The solar industry uses 5 hours of 'peak sunshine' as the annual average for the majority of the United States. In the Northern and New England states you would use 4 hours. This system would have an estimated monthly production of 280 kWh with 5 hours of sunshine, and 224 kWh monthly with 4 hours of sunshine.

The PowerG Grid-Tie Solar System can be added on to with more panels, but does not use batteries. A grid-tie systems connects directly into your power grid and puts all energy produced back into the grid. There would be no limit on how many panels can be added, and always be sure to contact your local electrical company to see if they allow you to backfeed power.
