how to determine if this is compatable with my current compressor?

What info do I need before purchase to detrmine if this will work on current compressor? I would like to do sandblasting with it will this pump be sufficient?

Your compressor must have at least a 7.5 hp electric motor or a 13 hp gas engine. The pump can produce up to 175 psi and most sandblasters operate at 80-125 psi, which is enough psi .

This NorthStar Air Compressor Pump requires a 7.5 HP electric motor or 13 HP gas engine. Torque requirements at the flywheel, cylinder, and cylinder head are 32.5 ft/lbs. A full list of all torque specs is available by calling our technical department directly at 1-800-270-0810.
