What is the outlet port size?

I'm looking for clarification of the outlet port size of the pump. Your product page states 5/8 compression and the manual states 1/2. Can you provide the size and thread type?

When looking at the pulley, the shaft will turn counterclockwise. The V-belt for this is an A60.

You would not need a starter if you use a 5 HP electric motor. The motor will have its own starter built in.

The max RPM is 1242 for this compressor pump. Motor or engine RPM will be determined according to the pulley size by the formula found in the owners manual.
