Yes, this unit can be left connected to the A/C charger without causing damage to the unit. Once fully charged, the charging current automatically reduces to a floating
charge mode, and the unit may be left permanently connected to the AC
charger.

Yes,

It has a 3 way IC charger that rapid charge, maintain charge , and off.

It can be left plugged in with no damage to the unit.

It is recomended to charge at least 1 every 3 months to keep the battery in top shape.

In the manual, it say's that the charger will reduce to a floating charge mode once fully charged and can be permanently left on charge.

Yes, a small 120v AC 60Hz input, 13.5v DC 500mA output brick that plugs into an outlet with a long cable to plug into the Jumpstarter. It fits nicely in the compressor hose compartment.

According to the Owners Manual specs it states that the "Boost Ampere is 800 instantaneous cranking amps". And all I know is this is one powerhouse of a booster. I've fired v8's w/ battery disconnected with all electrical devices turned on including the ac. It fires them up without hesitation.

Can you boost off using your lighter port to the jumpstarter acc. port with an aftermarket cord of the correct gauge wire??

This jumpstarter will only jump start vehicles using the included battery cables and clamps. The DC accessory port is only used to power 12 volt DC items, it cannot be used to jump start a vehicle.
