This inverter will provide 1.8 amps of power to a 110 volt blower. If the blower motor requires more amps, then a larger inverter would be needed. The length of time an inverter will provide power is determined the size of the 12 volt battery or batteries the inverter is drawing from.

Yes it does have a standard DC power (cigarette lighter plug) cord included as well as a set of battery post clamps like you would see on jumper cables. They attach easily to the back with eyelets over a nut and bolt.

answer 2
I would never use the term silent to describe any mechanical part. The fan moves air and does make some noise under heavy load but will not be heard over the air conditioner in a vehicle, road noise, or the radio.

It does, it runs continuously. The sound is rather annoying. I wouldn't recommend it if quiet matters. If you can get buy with less power, consider one of the smaller units.

No, this unit is made to be used with a 12 volt battery. To use this with a solar setup the correct procedure would be to charge a 12 volt deep cycle battery with the solar panel and charge controller and then connect the inverter to the battery. A solar panel does not provide enough current or consistent enough current to operate this inverter.

See links below for a battery and charge controller that would work with this inverter.
