Question

Can you turn the lubricator off?

I want to use this to filter air going to my plasma cutter and paint guns, but at times I want to use it to hook up to an air tool requiring lubricant. I know I would have to switch discharge air hoses to prevent residual lubricant in the hoses from getting to my paint gun and plasma cutter, but is it possible to bypass the lubrication feature? If I can't bypass the lubricator, can I simply never put lubricant in it? Thanks in advance for your help.

No, the lubricator on this Ingersoll Rand air system can not be shut off and the manufacturer does not recommend leaving the lubricant reservoir empty.

Question

Does this filter/lubricator have minimum CFM flow?

I'd like to use this various types of nailers such as roofing nailers and brad nailers (both of which have manufacturer recommendations of using a lubricator.)
