Question

Pressure Relief Valve

Do I need to install a pressure relief valve to keep my tank and PVC piping from exploding in case the pressure switch fails and does not shut the pump off, or does the pump not create that much pressure?

This is an on demand pump to be set up with a tank. You would need to do an initial prime, then when the faucet is turned on the pump will pump water. When the faucet is turned off it shuts off.
