answer 2
we live in northern mn and so far, it has handled winds of 50 mph. We put straw bales around the bottom to stop wind from coming in. We have each pole double anchored and to make it more secure in wind, we are going to attach 2x8 flat on ground, bolt thru them and anchor with 12x18x8 cement blocks. We are also adding plywood ftontandback with comb. screen door for easier access.

This cover can be used in the winter, however it is not wind rated. They have been known to last up to 5 years. You will want to make sure that you keep the snow cleaned off the roof throughout the winter months.

answer 2
absolutely... we live in North Central Mn where the temps go way below zero and winds of 50mph. We bank the fronts and sides with straw bales in the winter to cut down on the wind, The greenhouse allowed us to harvest cherry tomatoes into November. It makes about a 20 to 30 degree temp difference inside during the day, You would need a heat source in extreme cold along with frost blankets.

answer 3
yes, you will have to use the appropriate btu heater, based on your average & lowest temperatures for your area. our lowest temps are in the low 20's in north central florida..and we can maintain 60's inside all the time
