Question
Does enough light get through to germinate plants?
I am just starting to garden in south east Oklahoma. I want a green house to help start my plants and to extend the growing season in the fall. Will this one be a good begginer green house?

I think it will work to extend your season. I am using mine in Florida and can keep a 10 degree differential with just a 4000W electric heater and it maintains high humidity. The sides have a nice long flap to seal to the ground. The end panels have a pocket sewn in to receive a pipe or rebar (not supplied) to hold them down.

My vegetable garden seedlings came up great this spring, and were sturdier and hardier than if I'd tried to germinate them in the house. They are also more hardened off to the cooler weather, so I can plant them in the ground directly from the greenhouse. I overwintered some potted citrus trees and they did great. No mites, no freezing. You can't grow orchids in this greenhouse, but it pretty much kept the inside temps 10+ degrees warmer than outside temps all winter.

There isn't a specified time frame that the cover is expected to last because, every region has different climates and weather extremes that may affect the product in various ways. As long as it's properly installed and maintained it should last for years. The greenhouse has a 1 year warranty against defects and replacement covers are readily available.
