Yeah it will fit. even if it sits on top it will work.

It will accept the larger tires and the hoops are securing the mcy securely . But bear in mind you must use tiedowns to prevent mcy from rocking and also always use chins according to DOT regs.

The beams allow for a tire up to 5" to drop down in. The total beam width is 8". Your Rokon's tires would ride on top of the beams. You would have to fabricate something to the top of the beams to hold your Rokon's tires on the beams. You might want to look at the all steel carrier to make fabrication easier.
