It does not come with them. Quincy recommends in the manual not to use them on vertical tank units.

The full load amps is 31 amps and for the split second start up it would be approximately 3 times that. It requires a size 8 wire and a 70 amp breaker.

This Quincy Air Compressor comes with everything needed to run upon delivery. The compressor needs to be hard wired in by an electrician, and whatever hoses, tools, filters, regulators etc. that would be required for your needs. Northern recommends purchasing a maintenance kit(replacement oil & filters) which will extend the warranty on the pump from 2 to 5 years.
