The Magic Heat Reclaimer does not work well with high efficiency stoves, due to the fact that not as much heat is going up the chimney.

With the crimp at the top, your stove pipe would slip onto the Reclaimer.

Question

Multiple sides of the Heat Exchanger.

I have an oli furnace and the heat exchanger is rusted through on one side. I am looking at the Magic Heat Reclaimer. My reclaimer is open on both sides with the tubes and the motor is on the bottom of the unit. The picture you show only has a one sided view and I was wondering if the tubes go completely though the unit or if the back of the unit is solid.
