The model 2662-22 has a detent pin anvil and the 2663-22 has a friction ring ring anvil. With the detent pin anvil you get superior socket retention. With the friction ring you get quick and easy one-handed socket changes.

You should have no problem removing the blade of a lawn mower. This tool can remove the lug nuts off of a 1-ton truck. Best of luck and be care full when dealing with blades. Keep in mind most blades have a left-handed thread!

Based on my experience, Definitely powerful enough. I use mine on a Farm for my equipment from tractors to bushhogs, etc without any problem. A real work and time saver for me.
