This tester does have positive pressure. It will do both pressure and vacuum testing.

I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON CARS FOR A LLIVING FOR ABOUT 18 YEARS NOW AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR EASE OF USE AND QUALITY PERFORMANCE WHEN IT COMES TO STOPPING AT THE END OF A QUARTER MILES WHEN YOU POST A 10.5 SECOND SPEED TIME INSTEAD OF RUNNING OFF THE STOPPING AREA.
