Does the post allow for rotation`

I am looking at putting one of these in our pool area at our apartment complex, I was wondering if the post will allow for rotation.
I am a hard core griller, and I know that you may or may not need more airflow and rotating it would allow the user to control the amount of air to the coals.

The grill can be rotated by a lock bolt built into the grill mount when you put it on the supplied pipe that gets cemented into the ground. I leave my top semi lose so I can rotate it to change the position to take the wind into factor on a windy day.

Grill rotates 360. I used several times and it works great. I was able to control the amount of airflow by rotating the grill.

The "arms" or handles do not fold down. You will lift these up to lift up the grate. The overall width with the handles is 24-1/4".

How far down does it need to be buried. I want to use a 2.5" PVC pipe as a sleeve and need to know what size I should buy & how deep to dig. Thanks.

For a permanent application with cement you will need to dig a hole 12" in diameter and 36" deep. The pole from the dent in the pole would go down into the ground 14". The grill will then sit 26" above the ground plus the 8" of the grill will give you a total above ground working height of 34".
