The pans are not deep enough and trying to use a deep pot is tricky since all the weight will be to one side. I own this cooker and it is great for what it is intended for.

No! It is designed to fry pieces of meat/fish and or veggies. It should be able to do a great quantity.

NO it is not made for turkeys. You need a fryer with a deep pot for that.

The vats are not deep enough to get a turkey in. You could fry half a chicken...thats about as large as I would do.

NO. You should not use this indoors. Oil could spill onto the burners. It does not have the proper safety measures that a commercial unit would have. Take it outside.

It does not have a drain. The vats are removable and can be emptied once they have cooled down.

Very easy!!! Just allow the oil in the fryer to cool and dispose in an appropriate container. It's quick, easy and very convenient to use.

You have to lift the vats and pour the oil into a container. I use a large funnel to catch any that may spill. There is no drain plug like others have asked.

Yes, you could boil water with this. It does not have a drain valve or cover. You can remove the baskets once they have cooled down to empty.
