is this going to keep the bed of my truck dry?

I want to be able to put luggage and other travel items in here without damage.

All four sides of this product do have seals, so if installed correctly it should keep out the elements. The item is made of a strong vinyl coated fabric but is not rated to be completely water tight.

No, it will not be 100% dry. You will get water seeping in from the corners, your truck bed is not water tight. In order for a somewhat dry cargo you need to buy a solid type lid Tonneau Cover that lifts up likea hatch.
