Yes, I have run my 60" tiller with a 22 hp PTO without any problems. The only issue is you may need some counterweight in the front when you pick it up.

The King Kutter Rotary Tiller will only work with a 25 - 40 HP tractor with a Category 1, 3 point hitch system.
