What torque will the ratchet stand on the 3\4"
I want to break loose a bolt that should have been torqued to 110 ft\lb. Will the 3\4" ratcheting side handle this job?

The 3/4" ratchet will handle up to 2860 inch pounds, which would convert to 238.8 foot pounds. This ratchet would give you enough torque to cover 110 foot pounds.

It definitly will, but it is bad practice. You shouldn't break any bolt with a moving-parts wrench as it just adds un-neccesary wear & tear on the pawls and teeth. A combo, or other straight wrench is unharmed in this effort, as would be a breaker bar & socket, if room exists to deploy one.
It only takes a second to grab another wrench, and you will be adding tremendously to the life of your expensive gear wrench.
Also, you will be avoiding future knuckle-busting, when your worn-out gear wrench starts slipping under load applied !!
