What is the angle in the back?

I need to know how far it angles back because the steps are behind it and I need to make sure the 36" inch cleance is ok. (like how far does it tilt back)

On these bench brackets the back angle is 15 degrees.

Instructions state 15 degree cut for the angle and 40 inch length for the board. Provides the height of 36" I believe.

What is the load/weight capacity per installed bracket?

I would like to know the load/weight capacity of a 20-24" section using the brackets. We are building an 8' bench and I would like to know how much weight the bench will hold using the brackets mounted in the required span.

According to the manufacturer, as long as their assembly instructions are followed the brackets should meet most household requirements.
