This unit can draw a maximum of 10 amps which would include the fan while in use along with the outlets.

This blower is not recommended to be run upside down.

The unit does not turn up side down, but the blower head does rotate to allow this function very well.

Do not have the equipment to measure this, but I did run at low speed and posted for you to view and listen. Pretty quiet for this unit.

The blower fan has 3 speed settings and will produce 310 cfm at high, 260 cfm at medium and 190 cfm on low.

what is the heat temp rating for this fam

for instance will this fan run without shutting down in a room with temp up to 130 degrees.

This fan does not have a high temp shutoff. This will just circulate the air. There is no heat to it, and it will not shut off.
