Is this considered an indoor/outdoor fan?

and does it have an automatic overheat shut off? Looking for barn fans to be used with our horses, and they have very detailed specifications, they will be covered but not enclosed.

This is considered an indoor fan. Excessive heat may cause the fan to turn off.
