This harrow is to be used with a tractor and needs to be hooked up to a 3 point hitch. It could not be used with a lawn tractor.

Is there any adjustment on this harrow for depth of the spikes into the ground?

The Howse Spike-Tooth Harrow uses spikes that are welded in place. While they are replaceable, the depth cannot be adjusted.
