There is no minimum recommended size ATV for this plow. The plow must be used with a universal mounting kit(also from Swisher, see link below) that fits most ATVs with a rear hitch and front suspension with A-arms. If you are worried your ATV is too small, you can contact the manufacturer (Swisher) direct.

I have it mounted on my 2005 350 bruin and I don't have any problem pushing the snow.We haven't had a real big snow fall yet but I think as long as you have 4 wheel drive you shouldn't have a problem.
