Yes, it does have a wall mount with a 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" 4 bolt pattern and the instuctions have mounting guide lines to ensure it is mounted sturdy enough

The fan does have 2 speeds. It operates at 6775 CFM on low and 7700 CFM on high.
