Battery Changing

Easy to change the batteries? I have had (2) Blue Parrott 250-XT Roadwarriors and they both have failed me. This last one I ordered a new battery and it still don't work !!
I need a clear, reliable, ease of use, quality made product that is durable for I'm over the road truck driver.

Staff Answer
The batteries in this head set cannot be replaced. However, there is a one year manufacturers warranty that offers full head set replacement if the headset or the batteries are defective. The batteries will last a long time with proper care. Please be sure not to charge the head set more than 3 to 4 hours and do not store the head set in extreme hot or cold temperatures.
