This pump should not be left outdoors year round especially in below freezing conditions. Water expands when it freezes which would damage the pump.

Question

Is the pump suited to handle 2 hrs of use daily?

Wayne Auto Utility Pump - 1 1/4in. Discharge, 3000 GPH, Model# EEAUP250
Answer to other question "This pump is not designed for use in a "water feature" application or left on for continual constant duty"

Is a couple of hours a day considered "continual".

Wondering if couple of pumps could be used in an endless pool application. I.e. creating current for swimming against (minimal head (less then 2 ft), minimal piping/resistance)

Is pump is all or nothing (full volume output when on)?

Noise? Loud or relatively quiet (any Decibel ratings) when not completely submerged?
