Yes, the Milwaukee 4 1/2in. Grinder can be used with cut-off wheels. Any wheel that is 4-1/2" or smaller, and has either a 7/8" or 5/8" arbor will work. See links below for a few of the many we sell.

Yes, it works very well for this. Simply get one of the thin "cut off wheels" and you are good to go.
