Can I ran one cylinder and select one of two sources of pressure?

I have a dump trailer that has a electric pump on it but also have a truck that has onboard hydraulics that I can control from the cab.

Does this provide variable flow to each circuit?

In other words, can you shut off/on one circuit completely (to stop/start a hydraulic motor), or variably (to control a hydraulic motor) in an open center system?
