This impact gun includes variable speed. The top speed(rpm's) is 10,000 at no load. There is a torque dial on the side with settings from 0-5. The speed is dictated by the amount of torque necessary for the specific job you're using it for.

not speed but the strength of torque applied by the tool. the controler is just an air regulator and as the zero is less air the lighter the tool works and five is the full strength of the tool. example: please wear hand and eye safety always, attach a deep sochet to the tool and run it at 0 then 5 holding the socket with other hand, you will feel the difference. note that the minimum cfm@psi has to be available for the tool to perform it's best. always oil your air tool before you store them, not before using them.
