For sizing all you have to do is specify your waist size and inseam on the order.

My experience has been that they remain true to size in the waist after washing in hot water but they do shrink about 1" to 2" in the length so you need to get them a little longer with this in mind. Hope this helps. They are very comfortable and excellent quality.
