What do you mean "a new saw?"...a new brand on the market? Not sure! I bought mine in spring of 2011 and am very happy with its ability and features.

I have this saw and was thinking about getting one of the chainsaw sawmills you sell. 2 questions: will this saw support a 20 inch bar? Will this saw work with the small sawmills

The sawmill works with chain saws 50cc or greater. The Poulan Pro Chain Saw is 42cc.

The difference between these two saws is that model PP4218AVX comes with tool-less chain tensioning and model PP4218AV does not.
