Per manufacturer, there is a CD that you get with the system. You will have to follow the instructions and download the application for what type phone you have, etc. Also there is further information available with the manufacturer directly.

These cameras were not made to be outdoors. They also cannot be installed in damp, dusty or any condition where they could come in contact with water. Please look below for product recommendations for a set up that can be used outdoors. (note: the DVR box cannot be used outdoors)

The Sunforce Complete DVR Security System uses a BNC to BNC cable with integrated DC power cable. Northern Tool does not sell extensions for this type of cable at this time, but offers one longer than the 100' length included with the kit. See link below.

Are the cameras wireless and battery-operated

I live the the country and would need to have a wireless system with the cameras battery-operated. Will this system work in this fashion?

The cameras in the Sunforce Complete DVR Security System do not operate on batteries. The DVR/monitor will run off standard household electricity, and the cameras are then powered by a cable that carries both video signal and the power, which must be connected to the DVR with included cables.
