If asking if a 1-1/4" pipe will fit into this pillow block, it will. Then 1-3/8" is the inside diameter of the bearing, which is 1/8" larger that pipe. This will leave about 1/8" of play between the pipe and the bearing, which may not be ideal. See link below for a block that will match up exactly with a 1-1/4" pipe.
