The tire cannot be removed from the rim and the rim isn't sold separately.

The tire cannot be removed from the rim easily without proper tire tool for this size rim.
ADVICE: buy a new flat free rim & tire.

Per manual, the correct hub is 4", 3/4" bearing, smooth tread, and a 300 lb+ load capacity.

4" is correct. I bought them only to discover my King Kutter finish mower 's harness was 1/4" too narrow. Had to heat & bend them to acept new hub.
