This Swivel steel caster comes with mounting bolt holes on the top plate. The dimensions of these holes are 1-3/4 inches apart side to side, and are 1-7/8 inches front to back. The bolt hole is 3/8 inch in diameter.

The product specifications calls for four 3/8 inch holes with a hole spacing of 2.87 X 1.77 inches.

Yes, the plate in the top has four bolt holes fully sufficient to allow for either machine bolts, or lag bolts to be used, depending on the material the casters will be mounted to.

This 3" Swivel Steel Caster is rated at a 1000 lbs per caster. A set of 4 would have a 4000 lbs capacity.

Each caster is rated for 1,000 pounds so 4 would be 4,000 pounds total weight.
