This booster fan is not designed to work in a dryer duct. There would be too much humidity.

This item does not have an option for a metal blade. We do not recommend making any modifications to the booster fan as it may change the performance of the unit.

This Duct Booster Fan can not be used with a standard light dimmer. Please contact the manufacturer for the variable speed control switch available for this particular fan.

The unit would work well under general (normal) humidity but would not work with processed (manufactured) humidity.

This item has a C-Frame motor that is not completely sealed however there would be no concern for dust or sparks with this unit.
