I am wanting to put it on a forklift but I need it to some what fold forward.

I would say the answer to your question is no. The seat bottom would be anchored by the four bolts. The seat back does adjust fore-and-aft a bit using the adjustment knob on the side, but I'm not sure it would move enough for your purposes.

There is not a application guide available for the seat. The mount pattern on the base of the seat is 11-1/4" x 11". It uses 5/16" nuts and washers to mount.

This is a universal suspension seat and would need a bolt pattern to mount of 11 1/4" x 11". It uses 5/16" nuts and washers to mount.
