Are the batteries the same as Milwaukee 12v driver?

The drivers look about the same - just curious if the same batteries could be used.

No, Milwaukee batteries will not work with the Klutch Cordless Impact Driver. Northern Tool does sell replacement parts, including the battery. Call 1-800-222-5381 and select the menu option for replacement parts for price and availability.
