Once activated, how long does it broadcast?

I have a huge feral cat problem as they congregate under my deck. Will this unit help me? Am desperate for help.

The manufacturer suggests leave the unit plugged in at all times as this will provide a constant noise that humans can not hear. The best suggestion is to point the animal repeller towards the direction that the animal is approaching from.

I have tried a variety of products to protect my birds, and have found the guardian predator lights helpful, it may or may not work for your problem, if it does not help you may try looking into animal trap, or even sensor powered lights which tend to startle cats and dogs.

How do you control the aim?

For instance, I have cats in my house, if I put this outside my house and aim it toward the yard, will it bother the cats inside? Or is it just a 4000yd radius around the device?

This Bird-X animal repeller should be facing the area with the problem, mounted at the height of the animal.

It will not harm your cats, typical coverage is 50 feet forward and 30 feet wide.
