What is the clearance between the bottom and top shelf at its lowest point. I want to ensure I have plenty of clearance for my water cooler on the bottom shelf (it is 14.5 inches tall).

The rear wheels are 6" diameter, and the front casters are 2" diameter.

This Northern Industrial angled cart will easily hold the Hobart 140, and a 60 cubic foot tank. This will hold tanks up to 7-1/2 inches in diameter. The tank shelf is approximately 12-9/16 inches wide, and six inches deep.
