Does this come with a siren (the ad says siren will sound) and is it interior or exterior, or wirelss, does a wireless external siren exist for this system?

Yes, this unit does have a siren that is built into the main control panel. There is an optional indoor/outdoor siren available. It does require AC power to operate. Our item# is MSAA-433. Please call our parts department @ 1-800-222-5381 for pricing and availability.

I think you can purchase a seperate keypad and remote controls. The remote control is really handy because you just have to press buttons 1, 2, or 3.

You are able to deactivate a zone. See the "Advanced Programming" section of the owners manual which is available at the bottom of the description tab on the product web page.

Yes, but it is not something you would want to do regularly, as it involves activating and de-activating the sensor. Fairly easy, but includes entering codes, and couple back-n-forth's from control panel to sensor. Might be just as easy to simply remove the battery....there's a thought...

We only have cell phones in our home, no hard lines for phones, we have internet, will this work?

On our Skylink wireless security system with emergency dialer, if the phone line is cut or disconnected between the base and wall jack an automatic signal will be sent. However, if the phone line is cut to the whole house, there would be no message sent.
