Question
Does it come wired for 110 Volts? Or does it require 230?
I need a replacement motor for a Sears 1970's contractor style table saw. The saw runs on regular current. Will this work?

answer 1
This motor can be wired for 115 volts regular household current. If it would work otherwise would depend on the specifications required for a motor to operate your table saw.

answer 2
It is a dual-voltage motor, meaning it can be wired to run on either 115VAC or 208-230VAC. There are diagrams on the motor ID plate that show which leads to wire together in what order to work on one voltage or the other. I believe they come pre-wired for a 208-230V service, and is very simple to switch it over to run on a 115V service. Hope this helps!
