The description says this is an "Open Drip Proof Housing"...the picture shows it to be TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled).

What is the correct enclosure of this product? Thank you.

This motor operates at 1725 rpm and compressor motors operate at 3450 rpm since they require high breakdown torque. Northern offers compressor duty electric motors that will work on your two stage compressor.
