I don't see a pic of the inside - does it have a large basket?

The ultrasonic cleaner does not include a large basket only the small basket shown. A large basket is not available for this unit.

The cleaner will operate on 120 volt current. The element provides 120 watts of power.

Are the dimensions given in the description the inside dimensions of the tank or outside dimensions of the device?

The inside dimenisons are 9 3/8" L x 5 7/16" W x 6" D and the outside dimensions are measured right under the lip for the lid and are 9 13/16" L x 5 15/16" W and the tank is not removable so unable to get height.
