China, most of the high quality tools are made there now. Snap-on and Matco are both made in China as well. IR makes the best impacts out of all so its not good to get hung up on where its made.

The Ingersoll Rand Composite Impact Wrench -
1/2in., Model# 2130 has a composite housing, therefore, you should use the 115-LBK1.
For metallic housing models 105-LBK1 should be used.
